calories for the day
Hi Everybody Just a note to let u know what I've eaten the last 2 days. 2500 calories sunday and 2500 calories today. However, it was like I ate 1890 calories less because of the fiber. Following the new chart. I used 3 tablespoons 3 times each day. So it was like I had a 610 calorie day w/o the side effects. I can eat 2500 calories and feel better than I would feel if I only had 610 calories. I have FMS which keeps me weak so I can't exercise as much as I would like. But I did exercise some which took up the 610 calories. So There u have it. How to eat and still lose weight. You can eat a sensible meal and cancel the calories with fiber. I also took the vanadyl sulfate, vitamins, acidophilus active cultures and chromium. These help with blood sugar which keep me feeling better like not craving sweets etc.
