fiber with food
Just a note to let u know that when you eat low starchy foods u have less gass and discomfort with fiber. I have an infection of some virus so I haven't entered much lately. Plan to update later.
I am currently helping with missions. This is very important: to get the word around the world and help people in need. We need as many team members as possible to help with drilling wells. God does not want missions to be done alone but to have team members. This way we all have a hand in missions and the Great commission.
