fiber with food

Just a note to let u know that when you eat low starchy foods u have less gass and discomfort with fiber. I have an infection of some virus so I haven't entered much lately. Plan to update later.

new year anti calorie

Just thought I would let u know a little more about what I don't eat. I don't eat anything with artificial sweetner. No diet drinks or diet foods. I just count calories and then cancel them with fiber and exercise. I have a chronic condition called FMS which keeps me from exercising as much as other people can. That what makes losing weight that much more fantastic. The reason for not using diet foods and drinks is that it forms poisons and if u read the fine print it says not for weight loss. I have another blog that is a portfolio of portraits of my artwork. Please take a look sometime. christmasdayart.blogspot.com What I ate yesterday was only 1800 calories. I had a soup day. Soup that has about 100 calories per 8 oz. and some leftover beans and rice. Of course it was like I had zero calories with the fiber. The chart is now up the best I can do. I was hoping to have it so one could read it w/o having to scroll. But I can't. So I hope it will be useful the way it is. I am going to weigh soon. I know I have lost over 100 lbs . It's taken two years because I didn't start the fiber until 2007. Have a blessed day.

Hi Everybody Just a note to let u know what I've eaten the last 2 days. 2500 calories sunday and 2500 calories today. However, it was like I ate 1890 calories less because of the fiber. Following the new chart. I used 3 tablespoons 3 times each day. So it was like I had a 610 calorie day w/o the side effects. I can eat 2500 calories and feel better than I would feel if I only had 610 calories. I have FMS which keeps me weak so I can't exercise as much as I would like. But I did exercise some which took up the 610 calories. So There u have it. How to eat and still lose weight. You can eat a sensible meal and cancel the calories with fiber. I also took the vanadyl sulfate, vitamins, acidophilus active cultures and chromium. These help with blood sugar which keep me feeling better like not craving sweets etc.

Fiber Chart So u can read it

Let me try this again. can't get the chart like I need it. so here goes.
One Tablespoon=210 calories eliminated. Two Tablespoons=420 calories eliminated. Three Tablespoons=630 calories eliminated. So if I take 1 tablespoon 2x a day that will be 420 calories eliminated from the total calories that I consumed that day. I usually take 3 Tablespoons 3x a day that is 1890 calories eliminated from my daily intake. I usually don't eat more than that so my calories net zero or under for the day. Here is the formula to use to figure this. 210 times the number of times you take 1 tablespoon. ex 210 x 3 = 630. That means if you take 1 tablespoon 3 times you will eliminate 630 calories that day. 420 = 2 tablespoons. 420 x 3 = 1260. That means you will eliminate 1260 calories from that day. 630= 3 tablespoons. 630 x 3 =1890. That means 1890 calories gone. 1890 is what I do most days. That's 3 tablespoons in the morning, 3 tablespoons afternoon and 3 tablespoons at night. Sometimes I will do 4. Which is 3 tablespoons times 4 = 2520 calories gone. Hope this helps. I will try to get the chart better....later It's time for my fiber now.

This is the chart I've created to help me with knowing how many calories I can eliminate from my daily diet. I have been trying to lose weight for years. Nothing worked. Then I heard about fiber. The problem is that most people aren't taking enough fiber to help with weight loss. Through trial and error I have come to these figures in the chart. I am halfway to my goal so I know it is working. Thought others could use this information as well. there are also other things I am doing and not doing. I changed my eating habbits slowly. I stopped eating chips except for 4 times a year. I stopped soft drinks for 6 mos. At holidays I drink some and if I have an infection. That cuts the calories down. I would do just one change for a few months and then add another change. That way it wasn't so hard. To help with blood sugar control, I also take daily vanadyl sulfate 5000 mcg, chromium picolinate 200 mcg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. For health reasons I take vitamins and calcium. I lost some weight taking all this w/o the fiber but it was hard. Fiber is my anti calorie. If I eat 1800 calories a day I can take 3 tablespoons 3 times a day and its like I have had no calories for that day. I disolve the fiber in hot tea. I tried using it in cold drinks but I did not lose weight until I learned to disolve it in hot tea. I hope this will help others learn how to use fiber. I must confess I have never taken more that 3 tablespoons 4 times a day.
