Update
A new blog list that list all the blogs in this blog family. The blog is christmasdaybloglist.blogspot.com Use the free clip art for all your scrapbooking projects and Christmas card making. Keep taking that fiber. I continue to lose inches of fat. I am trying to continue this through the Holidays. I am actually a normal size( 9-10 pants) and I am being treated differently by people even strangers.

Fiber Update
This is a fiber update. I've lost another 8 lbs this mo. The fiber continues to be the best thing I have ever used to control my appetite. The smallest size I have is a 10 now. I can't believe I am wearing a 10. Down from a 32 that was tight.

fiber in peach juice
Hi World, Just wanted to say a few words about fiber in peach juice. I still boil the H2O and mix 7 tablespoons until the water is clear. Then I put ice in a tall glass and add a small amount of peach juice about 2 oz. then the fiber H2O. It makes a delicious flavored H2O that would cost a lot if you could find it to buy. I'm still losing and hope to lose even more this summer.

new size update
I tried on a girl friends new size 10 dress and it fits. I can't believe it. This fiber is really working. I don't even exercise like I should because of the fatigue and I'm still losing. new update I hope will be soon.

drinking cold fiber that works
Hi world: I've been doing experiments as I said yesterday. Here is the formula that worked the best. 7 Tablespoons in a large cup w/ rounded sides if possible. pour boiling water over the fiber and stir at the same time. stir until the fiber is clear in the water. The water must be really boiling 212 degrees or higher to work. If the water is just warm the fiber will congeal into little balls after the water cools. So make sure the water is boiling. This is working well for weight loss. I plan on putting video on the blog when I get a new camera. I might can put some pictures showing the difference in my sizes soon. But I would like to see more weight loss b/4 I do. My FMS is always a problem. I hope to post at least once a month on all my blogs.
Formula: 7 Tablespoons fiber
8 oz boiling water
stir while pouring water over fiber in large cup. Fiber will be cloudy at first. stir until clear.
mix with favorite juice and ice. I like white grape juice.

new experiments

shopping
went shopping this weekend and was able to buy size 14 pants. I was shocked. I haven't been able to take the fiber everyday because I have been so sick with FMS. So this is working even when I can't always do the right amount. I am going to try to take 10 tablespoons a day this week. I read something that was in a major women's magazine that is very unhealthy to do. The article was about celebs and how they stay slim. They are taking diet pills in the morning and different diet pills at night. Not healthy. Fiber is healthy.

fiber with food
Just a note to let u know that when you eat low starchy foods u have less gass and discomfort with fiber. I have an infection of some virus so I haven't entered much lately. Plan to update later.

new year anti calorie
Just thought I would let u know a little more about what I don't eat. I don't eat anything with artificial sweetner. No diet drinks or diet foods. I just count calories and then cancel them with fiber and exercise. I have a chronic condition called FMS which keeps me from exercising as much as other people can. That what makes losing weight that much more fantastic. The reason for not using diet foods and drinks is that it forms poisons and if u read the fine print it says not for weight loss. I have another blog that is a portfolio of portraits of my artwork. Please take a look sometime. christmasdayart.blogspot.com What I ate yesterday was only 1800 calories. I had a soup day. Soup that has about 100 calories per 8 oz. and some leftover beans and rice. Of course it was like I had zero calories with the fiber. The chart is now up the best I can do. I was hoping to have it so one could read it w/o having to scroll. But I can't. So I hope it will be useful the way it is. I am going to weigh soon. I know I have lost over 100 lbs . It's taken two years because I didn't start the fiber until 2007. Have a blessed day.

calories for the day
Hi Everybody Just a note to let u know what I've eaten the last 2 days. 2500 calories sunday and 2500 calories today. However, it was like I ate 1890 calories less because of the fiber. Following the new chart. I used 3 tablespoons 3 times each day. So it was like I had a 610 calorie day w/o the side effects. I can eat 2500 calories and feel better than I would feel if I only had 610 calories. I have FMS which keeps me weak so I can't exercise as much as I would like. But I did exercise some which took up the 610 calories. So There u have it. How to eat and still lose weight. You can eat a sensible meal and cancel the calories with fiber. I also took the vanadyl sulfate, vitamins, acidophilus active cultures and chromium. These help with blood sugar which keep me feeling better like not craving sweets etc.

Fiber Chart So u can read it
Let me try this again. can't get the chart like I need it. so here goes.
One Tablespoon=210 calories eliminated. Two Tablespoons=420 calories eliminated. Three Tablespoons=630 calories eliminated. So if I take 1 tablespoon 2x a day that will be 420 calories eliminated from the total calories that I consumed that day. I usually take 3 Tablespoons 3x a day that is 1890 calories eliminated from my daily intake. I usually don't eat more than that so my calories net zero or under for the day. Here is the formula to use to figure this. 210 times the number of times you take 1 tablespoon. ex 210 x 3 = 630. That means if you take 1 tablespoon 3 times you will eliminate 630 calories that day. 420 = 2 tablespoons. 420 x 3 = 1260. That means you will eliminate 1260 calories from that day. 630= 3 tablespoons. 630 x 3 =1890. That means 1890 calories gone. 1890 is what I do most days. That's 3 tablespoons in the morning, 3 tablespoons afternoon and 3 tablespoons at night. Sometimes I will do 4. Which is 3 tablespoons times 4 = 2520 calories gone. Hope this helps. The problem is that most people aren't taking enough fiber to help with weight loss. Through trial and error I have come to these figures in the chart. I am halfway to my goal so I know it is working. Thought others could use this information as well. there are also other things I am doing and not doing. I changed my eating habbits slowly. I stopped eating chips except for 4 times a year. I stopped soft drinks for 6 mos. At holidays I drink some and if I have an infection. That cuts the calories down. I would do just one change for a few months and then add another change. That way it wasn't so hard. To help with blood sugar control, I also take daily vanadyl sulfate 5000 mcg, chromium picolinate 200 mcg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. For health reasons I take vitamins and calcium. I lost some weight taking all this w/o the fiber but it was hard. Fiber is my anti calorie. If I eat 1800 calories a day I can take 3 tablespoons 3 times a day and its like I have had no calories for that day. I disolve the fiber in hot tea. I tried using it in cold drinks but I did not lose weight until I learned to disolve it in hot tea. I hope this will help others learn how to use fiber. I must confess I have never taken more that 3 tablespoons 4 times a day.
